COVID-19 Update (March 18, 2020)

Northern Perspectives will remain open for business, but we urge all clients to attend appointments remotely via Telehealth. Per the rapidly changing government directives, we have enabled Telehealth for all our providers in the last day. Medicare (and other insurance plans) have waived requirements which previously prevented us from offering this service to clients in their home.

We at Northern Perspectives are supporting the community effort to stop the spread of COVID-19. While we understand that mental health treatment is an essential service, we also have a duty to our community to protect those most vulnerable.

If it’s determined by your provider that an in-person appointment is best for your situation, please practice social distancing, proper hygiene, do not bring more than one person with you, and limit your time spent in the office. Finally, if you are sick – stay home. Any clients who are visibly ill will be asked to leave.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

COVID-19 Update

We wanted to take this opportunity to update you, our clients, as to the precautions we are taking here at Northern Perspectives related to the COVID-19 pandemic. At this time, our office remains open. If you are uncomfortable coming in for your appointment, please call us to discuss options as we MAY be able to accommodate client appointments via Telehealth. If you are sick – stay home and do not come to your appointment.

In the office we have updated signage and are encouraging all visitors to practice social distancing and proper hygiene. In addition, staff are diligently cleaning all common surfaces as often as possible. We have made the difficult choice to close our playroom. All play therapy will occur in the individual practitioner’s office. All toys are cleaned between session.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
