A good yoga class teaches us this in the most fundamental way. Silencing the judgemental mind by linking conscious breathing with mindful movement, we find harmony in both the mind and then body. As a teacher it’s a beautiful thing to see when a student experiences this for the first time. As students, we learn to take this realization off of our mat and into the real world.
