We are pleased to welcome NP Raven Campbell-Smith as the new owner of PH&WC! Raven is the nurse practitioner for Adams County and has done a fabulous job taking care of the county employees and their families. She will take excellent care of you as well! She should start the first week of November and will continue to meet all of your full family practice needs. I will miss you but I know I am leaving you in strong, capable hands. Our Dear Patients, You all should have received your letters by now announcing the closing of PH&WC. As you know, my husband was critically injured in a horse riding accident in May. He has made tremendous progress in the past 3 months but has sustained significant damage to his hip and pelvis. He is our office manager, and the best chance for a full recovery is to get him out of the clinic and back outdoors all day walking, moving, etc. If you know Wayne then you know he will never be totally out as long as my name is on that door. I've had a fantastic run these past 7 years and I am beyond grateful to each of you for your support, love, dedication, and the care shown to me and our staff. I will miss you all, and I pray every day for all of you. I am interviewing several exceptional candidates to take over the clinic, so sit tight! We should know more in a few days. My Dear Patients, I will be out of town for a little R and R for a few days. I will be unavailable for calls and text messages. If you need to be seen in my absence, seek emergency care at Merit or Trinity Medical. If urgent but non-emergent, go see my friends Lawanda Baskin and Jennifer Nunnery at the Natchez After Hours Clinic.
