Today at Natchez Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, residents, staff, and guests enjoyed an informative and interactive Health Fair focused on wellness, safety, and healthy living! 💙🧡💙🧡

Throughout the event, everyone had the opportunity to learn more about proper lifting techniques, hydration, heart health, nutrition, handwashing, wound care, Medicaid resources, and more through fun and creative educational booths. There were even games, giveaways, and door prize opportunities to make learning engaging for everyone involved!

A big thank you to everyone who helped make today’s Health Fair such a success. Events like these are a great reminder that small healthy habits can make a big difference every day! ✨

Ms. Alena Anderson recently turned 100, and it was a beautiful day filled with joy and the things she loves most!

While we may not know much about her past, we are honored to be part of her story today. She loves babies and enjoys attending activities, always bringing a sweet and gentle presence!
