Having trouble getting that workout on a busy day? Short “exercise snacks” throughout the day can be just as effective. Incorporating small workouts throughout the day add up. Three 10 minute sessions have shown to be just as effective as one 30 minute workout. Plus, incorporating exercise over the course of a day helps balance blood sugar even in small doses like performing 10 squats on the hour.

Ten minutes in the morning and/or evening light will help regulate circadian rhythms for bettter You can also break your 30 minute walk into three 10 minute sessions throughout the day for equal benefits. Everyone has time for a 10 minute walk!
