is a locally owned outpatient rehab facility that is located in a 4,000 square foot facility that has been providing quality outpatient therapy services to Natchez and the surrounding communities since 1999. Our goal is to allow Miss-Lou residents to receive quality therapy close to home in a comfortable and friendly environment. Key Rehab was created to meet the needs of the Miss-Lou community for quality outpatient rehab therapy for clients of all ages in an easy to access location. We are not affiliated with any particular doctor's office. We employ licensed, certified therapists who put their patients first. We file all types of insurance including MS Medicaid, Medicare, Blue-Cross, Workman's Comp, and many more. A physician's referral is required for all therapy services. Our highly skilled therapists provide one-on-one evaluations and plan your treatment around your specific needs and goals. Our therapists stay up to date on the latest skills and techniques by attending continuing education classes. We work with parents and caregivers to assure that you understand what needs to be done at home to help maximize the benefits of therapy. Progress is powerful, but the connection between patient and therapist is what makes the journey meaningful. 🫶

Gwen came to see us for Lymphedema in both her legs. Less than 2 months later, she is a therapy graduate! 👩‍🎓 She's had a 6% decrease in overall circumference of her Right leg and a 7.6% decrease in her Left leg! She is pleased with her progress and so are we! 🥳 Feel free to come back and visit any time 😁

As we age, balance can decline, and balance therapy can significantly reduce the risk of falls while increasing independence in your every day life. 🤸‍♂️

🗝 Our Physical Therapy balance programs are comprised of a variety of exercises designed to improve a patient's ability to maintain a stable posture and avoid falls. PT focuses on how the body processes information from the inner ear, eyes, and muscles to maintain balance.

Our Physical Therapists will assess a patient's balance, identifying specific movements or situations that cause difficulty while performing your normal, every day tasks. He has been using so many descriptive words, talking in full sentences, calming down to hear me our when told no, and overall just doing SO SO GOOD! . . .
