Elements 4 Life Laura Canfield is a Massage Therapist MS2805 artistically balancing mind, body and spirit. Each piece of pottery is as unique as individuals are.

Laura has been a studio potter for several years and enjoys sharing her passion with others. She has taught dozens of people the skills needed to throw pottery on the wheel and hand build pieces that can be used for decoration or as functional pottery for everyday use. Laura is inspired by natural elements that contribute to the organic shape, color and overall design of pottery. Clay from the earth is mixed with water, formed by the potter’s hand, dried with air and fired to create something. Pick up a piece of pottery and really get to know it. Find that little thing that makes it unique, imperfect, beautiful. Do this and you’ll never look at pottery the same again! Laura is also a Licensed Massage Therapist (MS LMT2805). She enjoys working with clients who want to heal naturally to relieve pain and reduce stress. She graduated from KeKino Massage Academy in Plano, TX with specialized training in modalities that enhance the Swedish massage experience such as hydrotherapy using essential oils and heated Himalayan salt stones. Her latest endeavor is working with a gentle touch approach for clients with cancer and autoimmune diseases. As a potter, Laura understands the importance of proper body mechanics and finding creative outlets to reduce stress. She is passionate about working with artists who have specific pain from repetitive motions.

it's been an amazing year with my business in Natchez! I'm so very thankful for all my customers and the referrals I've gotten! i can't wait to see what happens in 2024!

I'm booked for the rest of 2023 but massages make great gifts so let me know if you'd like to prebuy a massage for someone.

I'm so thankful for the additional training I've received in end of life and oncology massage and for the amazing mentors I've met along the way. let me know if you'd like to learn more about this kind of work.
