Richard will teach his final Vinyasa Yoga class at The Yoga Spot on Tuesday at 8:30am.

It is with a heart full of gratitude that I announce the closing of our little yoga studio located in downtown Natchitoches. The Yoga Spot opened October of 2022 and provided a deep sense of groundedness for me after I’d been floating around since March of 2020. Over the years, so many people contributed their time and energy to offer classes for our community, and so many of you showed up to offer yourself care and tenderness in the form of mindful connection. Thank you.

This is not goodbye! I’ll be back with a brick and mortar space at some point in time. Until then I am continuing to serve our community in ways that I feel deeply connected to, and choosing my motherhood journey above all.

Classes will continue through September!
