This is an additional reminder about our policy for โno call, no showsโ and multiple, rescheduled visits:
After two โno call, no showsโ or three rescheduled appointments, we will no longer schedule you in our office. You will have to see your primary care physician for further assistance.
We have a massive patient volume with minimal providers available. Meeting the mental health needs of our area as well as surrounding areas is vital to our staff and office mission. Cooperation and communication is necessary from all patients as well as their families/caregivers. Please keep your contact and insurance information up-to-date.
I, Sarah Johnson, will not stop clinic to take your phone call. Also, I will not call you back. If you have any questions, concerns, and need assistance, you must leave a brief message with Lari. The office has been receiving multiple calls from patients and family members requesting I call them back. Lari is a licensed Medical Assistant and capable of addressing your concerns to me in an appropriate and timely manner.
