BOM Bank Celebrates President & CEO Ken Hale’s 30 Years of Service 🎉

BOM Bank is proud to recognize Ken Hale, our President and CEO, as he celebrates 30 years of dedicated service. Ken has served as BOM’s President and CEO since 2002 and has been a member of our Board of Directors since 1995. He is the fifth generation of his family to lead the bank and serves as its sixth President & CEO.

Throughout his career, Ken has been a leader not only at BOM Bank, but also in the banking industry and in our community:
• Northwestern State University – Past Chairman of the Foundation; Business Round Table Member
• Louisiana Bankers Association – Board Member, Treasurer, Chairman, and Past Chairman
• Community Financial Insurance – Board of Directors
• Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) – Advisory Council, Tax, Lending & Governmental Affairs Committees, Federal Delegate, and Co-Chairman of the ICBPAC Auction
• Community Development Bankers Association – Board Member
• Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington – Panelist

In addition, Ken has proudly contributed to many local organizations, including the Boys & Girls Club, St. Mary’s School Athletic Association, the Women’s Resource Center, the Natchitoches Area Chamber of Commerce, the Natchitoches Historic Foundation, and the Natchitoches Parish Hospital Foundation.

Ken also enjoys speaking on behalf of community banking, having recently served as a Louisiana Tech University School of Banking Faculty & Panelist and as a Louisiana Delegate for Friends of Traditional Banking.

A devoted family man and community servant, Ken is a 30-year member and Church Council Leader at Holy Cross Catholic Church. He is married to Shannon Wall Hale, and together they have three children: Dylan, Drake, and Ragan.
