My son Oliver Chen (Wall Street Analyst and Managing Director at Cowen & Co. He always showed up at TV stations such as CNBC, CNN, Fox etc.)sent us The COVID-19 care Package. Thank you. Apple cider Vinegar is one of the old wives' tales about "cure-all". I use a 32 ounces of water bottle and put about one tablespoon in it, hope it will help with my weigh loss. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of it and salt to 1 cup of warm water. Gargle for 20 to 30 seconds two or three times a day for sore throat relief. when I posted for thumb massage, I forgot to mention about you always massage your left-hand side first, so you need to massage your left hand first. The best and the most important strategy to prevent coronavirus spread and transmission is hand hygiene and social distancing.
After washing your hand, when you have time, you should massage your lung meridian to protect yourself from coronavirus. Use your thumb to apply gentle pressure from the crease in the wrist,along the edge of the palm up to the tip of the thumb for at least 20 times, prefer 36 times each hand. Massage in one direction to the tip of the thumb. The blue dots are acupoints, you can massage those points circle motion when you touch them and feel painful.Massage any sort acupoints along this line can help relieve symptoms associated with a cold, including sneezing, chills and a sore throat.
