Please join us in sending a very big congratulations to our Employee of the Year winners: Tiffany Peltier & Elizabeth Persley

Tiffany is the lead CSCC team member for the clinic side, but wears many different hats. Elizabeth is a member of the patient navigation team in the call center.

Both staff members were consistently and frequently recognized for their willingness to help everyone out and always with a smile on their face. They both tackle difficult situations head on, including frustrated individuals who always walk away happier, satisfied and sometimes even smiling and laughing. These ladies consistently and enthusiastically work behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. They both do so very humbly, because in fact, when we surprised them to let them know while they had to share the title they were chosen as β€œco-employee of the year” they both stated that the other deserves to win!

Thank you to all of our 2023 nominees for displaying Ochsner values and excellence everyday. We also appreciate everyone taking time out of their day to nominate candidates.
