Today’s class was fun! We learned painting tips and tricks from Mrs. Shanna while we painted the cutest carrots. Then, we snacked on our Diabetic Friendly Charcuterie Boards and learned tips and tricks from Mrs. Erin so we can make our own at home. A fun-filled morning, for sure!

Central Christian Academy’s middle school kiddos participated in a Diabetic Friendly Charcuterie Board Class. After learning about healthy options, they each got to make their own board. They even learned how to make a salami rose!🌹 🥦🥒🍗🫐🍓Fun day working at LSU AgCenter! Special thanks to Humana for sponsoring this program!

Today was a busy day at the libraries in Natchitoches Parish! A gardening program in Campti with Nutrition Agent, Erin Stockton and ANR Agent, Randall Mallette. Then, another Kids’ Cooking Class with Mrs. Erin was a blast in Natchitoches! 🍅🍀❤️🍕
