Join us Sunday, January 25th at for "Brew" Good Yoga.

This isn't just another brewery yoga, it's a way to come together to support local veterans and first responders.

Led by Steve Canon of nonprofit, Warrior Within Yoga Project, this 60 minute class is designed for all levels with proceeds supporting programs that deliver free trauma informed yoga to those who serve.

Tickets are on sale now $25 and include a beer or drink of your choice afterwards.

Join us Sunday, December 28th at 10:30am for a brewery yoga class that helps give back.

Our Supporting Studios have already raised close to $1,400 to support our free Warrior Yoga programs during our Annual Bend Don’t Break Campaign!

Donation based classes are continuing through the weekend all to support our mission of delivering the tools and training to help veterans manage stress, increase resilience and promote post traumatic growth through yoga.

On Veteran's Day we share our full gratitude to all the brave men and women who have served our country.

As Buddhist monk, Thich Nhat Hahn, reminds us: "Veterans are the light at the tip of the candle, illuminating the way for the whole nation. If veterans can achieve awareness, transformation, understanding and peace, they can share with the rest of society, the realities of war".

Our mission supports the health and resilience of veterans and first responders so that they can bring peace into their lives.

Our deepest bow of gratitude to all the veterans we've connected with along the way.

ICYMI Free Warrior Yoga returns to Walpole this fall!

Veterans, Active Duty, First Responders and their Family Members are welcome to join us select Saturdays this fall at the Walpole Council on Aging.

The session meets Oct 18th, Nov 1st, Nov 15th, Nov 22nd and Dec 20th.

Veterans Day Week is fast approaching and we are still looking for more Massachusetts yoga teachers and studios to partner with us in support of the 3rd Annual Bend Don't Break Campaign.

By hosting a benefit class on behalf of Warrior Within Yoga Project, you support the health and wellbeing of Veterans throughout Massachusetts.

Funds raised help operate weekly classes free of charge to those who serve, help us train and onboard new instructors, and support our outreach in the military and first responder community to bridge the gap between the yoga community and those who serve.

Attn: Metrowest Veterans! We are partnering with .project and for a special horse therapy program for Veterans this weekend in Holliston. We have the honor of guiding a 45 minute yoga class Sunday morning.
