Calling all cooks! Our beloved weekly Signature Programming continues to be a fan favorite.

Our Assisted Living residents whipped up a delicious fruit crumble, while our Memory Care Tapestry residents got into the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day with homemade Irish soda bread. 🍀

With the beautiful weather outside today, creativity was blooming inside SALMON at Natick.

Residents created beautiful artwork using oyster shells, each piece reflecting their own unique style. The room felt calm and peaceful as everyone took their time creating.

A special thank you to Iva, our Director of Engagement, for thoughtfully leading this wonderful activity and bringing such creativity to the afternoon.

Daylight Saving Time begins Sunday, March 8 at 2 AM ⏰

Clocks move forward one hour, which can make the adjustment challenging for some. Here are a few simple ways to support a smoother transition:

• Keep sleep schedules consistent – Try to maintain regular wake and bedtime routines. Turn lights on at usual wake times and avoid starting nighttime routines too early.

• Be mindful of mealtimes – Some may feel hungry earlier than usual. Offering a light snack before meals can help during the adjustment.

• Encourage daytime activity – Staying mentally, physically, and socially engaged during the day can help the body adjust to the new schedule.

• Promote movement and light – Get outside when possible, add natural light, and limit long naps. Short daytime naps (30–40 minutes) can help support better nighttime sleep.

Small adjustments can make the time change a little easier for everyone. 🌞

Our Memory Care Tapestry Program residents had a wonderful time out to lunch at The Local Kitchen & Drinks in Wayland.

We love creating opportunities for residents to enjoy time out in the community, share a meal, and make special memories together. It was a fantastic afternoon, and we can’t wait for our next outing!

There was something extra special in the air at SALMON at Natick this Valentine’s Day. 💖

Our community transformed into a lively little marketplace filled with beautiful tables from talented local vendors—sparkling jewelry, soothing natural skincare, thoughtful gifts, and so many treasures to admire.

Residents, families, and team members mingled, laughed, browsed, and shared joy in every corner. We also announced the winner of our very popular Valentine’s raffle basket, with all ticket proceeds donated to the Alzheimer's Association—making the celebration even more meaningful. ✨
