Creating Calm, LLC, offers both group and private meditation classes, as well as Reiki treatments, for kids, teens, adults, and those with special needs. Through the use of various techniques, in a relaxing and supportive environment, our goal is to help you relieve your stress and anxiety. We believe that our practices allow each individual's positive qualities to shine through to improve health
