Love being part of the Roots and Wings Yoga and Healing Arts community.
Calling all Reiki students!! Join us for our monthly community share November 5th. at 6:30pm. All level Reiki students welcome. DM for details.

Here are some ways to find peace:

Practice mindfulness: You can try meditation, yoga, or listening to a guided meditation. You can also try the 4-7-8 breathing technique, which involves inhaling through your nose for a count of four, holding your breath for a count of seven, and then exhaling through your mouth for a count of eight.

Spend time in nature: Taking a walk or appreciating nature can help you find serenity.

Focus on the present: Try to live fully in the moment.

Forgive: Forgive yourself and others, and try to move on from the past.

Accept what you can't change: Focus on what you can change and let go of what you can't.

Take care of yourself: Eat well, get enough sleep, and stretch often.

Try something new: Taking up a new activity or doing things differently can be a pleasant surprise for your mind.

Listen to music: Find a playlist or album that brings you joy.

Journal: Keeping a journal can help you find peace of mind
