Orangetheory Fitness is a one-of-a kind fitness experience that combines two concepts: heart rate-monitored based interval training and group personal training. This one-hour workout, was formulated by an exercise physiologist and consists of diverse components including high-energy cardiovascular and strength training using treadmills, rowing machines, suspension training and free weights with short bursts of intense exercise. With the goal of achieving orange zone heart rate work for 12-20 minutes of the 60 minute session, you will continue to burn calories after your work out due to EPOC - excess post-exercise oxygen consumption. EPOC is the scientific term for the ORANGE effect, and this will help you burn more calories long after you’ve left the gym.
