Gary Manufacturing, a full-service sewing factory is hiring! We are looking for a great addition to our sales team, as a Sales Coordinator. We offer a fast-paced office environment that is well suited to a motivated individual who enjoys a challenge.
The ideal candidate would be a team player as well as self-motivated. You should possess the following characteristics:

When our phones ring, a customer wants to buy. Our job is to be the expert and help them place their order. Daily tasks include:
• Answering the phone
• Answering email inquiries
• Assisting other sales personnel with administrative tasks and research
• General office maintenance
• Marketing support
• Customer service
• Coordination with production
• Writing sales orders
• Using Excel and Access to batch orders
In addition to all these great qualities you’ll need these skills:
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and QuickBooks
• A great command of the English language, both verbally and in writing. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs., and work in a moderately noisy environment.

Compensation for this position is dependent on experience. 40-hour week M-F 7:15 – 3:45
