Lasting?

I went on retreat right before Christmas and the intention was clear

To be still before…
Christmas
New Year’s
Derek and Sam’s birthday
Nina’s birthday
Grant’s birthday

Those hours spent in yoga, meditation and sound baths, truly created a sweet peace that stayed with me.

It was the best Christmas since moving here-
The first year grief didn’t steal the spotlight,
And I wasn’t consumed by it all.

I kept the practices up, the yoga, meditation and mantra going.

Lasting change is possible.

But nothing changes until someone changes.

Leah and I are hosting a retreat on a gorgeous Greek Island. While I know the beaches, food and salty air will be magical, it goes way beyond that.

Prioritizing yourself.
Investing the money.
Taking time away from daily duties.
Trusting the husband and father.
And deliberately choosing something that’s REALLY GOOD for you…

It’s what very few know how to do.
