Someone will be sent to test your boundaries. How you handle the disrespect will determine whether you have healed the wound. If you can pause when you are disrespected, and you can evaluate the situation instead of reacting, then you are ascending. Pause. Reflect. Identify the boundary that’s being breached…. Choose your response ( is it aligned with your higher good? Or is it how you want to respond?)

Extract the lesson or lessons. Maybe someone is highlighting narcissistic tendencies that you weren’t quite aware of… maybe they are operating from a low stress vibration? Maybe you are seeing true colors and this moment of foul treatment,
would have insulted you in a different stage of healing. But now, insult has lost its power.

Your conscious awareness changes every potential threat possible. The situation is neutralized and your adversary isn’t even aware. They are stuck in ego mindset, so they are unaware their power has been stripped of them… it’s an interesting state of being when you are in control of how you internalize the moment. Your lessons will always come, but through shadow work and soul alchemy, you remain in charge, at all times, even when it appears you’re not. 🔥 🐦‍🔥
