Hi guys!
After March 11th .. I will only be taking mobile appointments temporarily. The Glow Up is “glowing up” & so while the changes are underway I will be bringing the Enchanted Hands to you. Trauma stored in our hips eventually has to come out somehow.

If left unresolved it can lead to chronic pain, muscle tension, & limited movement. Throw in your typical day to day routine and here comes back pain and other potential issues. So when I say twerk for your mental and physical health I mean that. Move your hips and visit your massage therapist regularly to keep the mobility strong.
