Keisha, Beth, and Monireh wrapped up an incredible Nurses Week by treating our nursing team to a festive luau filled with delicious Jamaican food, fun, and appreciation.

To thank our nurses for their hard work and dedication, scrub jackets were also handed out as a small token of gratitude for all they do each day.

We are so thankful for the compassionate nurses who bring comfort, care, and kindness to our residents and community every day.

In celebration of this year’s theme, “The Power of Nurses,” we recognize the impact of your expertise, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication to individualized, high-quality resident care. Your behind-the-scenes leadership is essential to care planning, compliance, and positive outcomes.

Beth has dedicated 21 years to nursing and has been part of the Beacon Brook family since 2016, growing from supervisor to staff development and now Assistant Director of Nursing. Her passion for professional growth and building strong staff relationships shines through in everything she does.

Keisha brings 18 years of nursing experience and a deep commitment to helping residents heal and thrive. After beginning her journey with National as a Unit Manager in 2012, she returned as Director of Nursing in 2022 and joined Beacon Brook in February 2025. What she loves most about nursing is witnessing the transformation in residents as they recover, regain strength, and feel better each day.

We truly appreciate the precision, knowledge, and compassion you both bring each and every day—the true power behind exceptional care. Thank you for leading with heart and making a difference in so many lives.

Happy NAC Day to our amazing Nurse Assessment Coordinators, Adam and Silas!

Nurse Assessment Coordinators are the backbone of quality care and reimbursement in skilled nursing—and Adam and Silas exemplify that every day. Your attention to detail, dedication, and advocacy for our residents do not go unnoticed.

Adam (left) has been an RN for 15 years and started at Beacon Brook as a supervisor in 2022 before stepping into his NAC role. He loves being able to work with all departments to help coordinate resident care.

Silas (right) joined the team in December 2025 and has been an RN for 3 years. He loves interacting with residents and especially enjoys talking about cats with them.
