Nicole Howe, Yoga and Massage Instructor I am a hospice massage therapist, yoga instructor, and VP/ instructor at Touch Education, LLC.

In all roles, I teach how to work with the nervous system to rest and/or recover in all phases of life. Nicole Howe is a licensed massage therapist since 2000, offering Craniosacral Therapy and Advanced Massage Therapy to support balance and healing in the body's tissues. Raising these young men has been the most meaningful, challenging, gut-wrenching, exhilarating, painful, terrifying, important privilege of my life. I wouldn't trade getting pregnant at 21, as scary as that was. It made Matt and I grow up fast, and that was not a bad thing! Motherhood never ends. Even as these guys grow, I find myself worrying, doting, hovering... they are JUST SO IMPORTANT. Watching them struggle and grow is inspiring. I made sure they didn't share the struggles I had as a kid, but the world brought new ones for them. They have navigated their world well. So different and yet the same, so intelligent and so sensitive. I'm incredibly proud of them. NOTHING and NO ONE will ever be allowed to come between me and my boys. They are my heart and soul walking on the earth.

I have been an LMT in Florida since 2000, when I met my husband and business partner for life, Matthew Howe. Together, we run our massage education bunsess, Touch Education. Our goal is to help the helpers and have a positive impact on the world by teaching informed, healthy touch. By day, I am a hospice massage therapist, serving the Central Florida area. I love my elderly patients so much, my true passion though, is working with pediatric patients. What a humbling experience it is to earn the trust of a child and have an impact on their life.
