Hello. Thanks for stopping by. This business was started by two Licensed Massage Therapists, Alyssa & Jayme. We both locally live in Navarre, FL. We are Moms, Wives, (Alyssa is a military wife!), and we are friends! Jayme’s husband also owns a local tattoo shop, so having kids in sports & activities, and our hubbys with their careers too, means we are BUSY ladies & need flexible work schedules. So we have partnered up to create a business that is family-friendly, and would offer us the opportunity to make own hours.. all while doing what we are most passionate about; Massage and Healing!
Both of us have experience running our own massage practice, and both have been in the massage industry for over a decade. Jayme has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 12 years, and Alyssa has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 10 years. We are knowledgeable and skilled LMTs. We both have graduated from a 600+ hour college program for clinical therapeutic massage, licensed by the State of Florida, and hold multiple certifications in bodywork. Jayme has training in Deep tissue, Medi-Cupping, Hot Stone, Sports Massage, Myofascial release, Cervical Neck injuries, Pre-natal Massage, Rotator Cuff injuries, Migraine Therapy and Trigger Pt. release. Alyssa is trained in Pre-natal massage, Craniosacral therapy, Sports massage, Deep tissue, Hot stone, Pediatric massage, Reflexology, Migraine Therapy, Injury bodywork, and Structural Massage techniques.
As LMTs, it is our job to educate people on the vast benefits of therapeutic massage. After we go over your health history, we custom tailor a massage session just for you. We cannot avoid the experience of physical, mental, and emotional pain in this world; but we can help you find a way to manage that pain. Massage has so many benefits and is something that should be incorporated into your normal wellness program for reasons such as: improved circulation and blood flow, decreased anxiety and depression, decrease headaches, reducing stress and muscular tension, improved muscle mobility and range of motion, relief of TMJ disorders, and boosts your immune system and SO much more.
