🌸 Meet the Heart of Seaside Wellness™ — Our Mamasan aka Mamacita and Gickie (for grandma Vickie).

Behind every warm welcome at Seaside Wellness™ is a woman whose story is built on strength, sacrifice, and love.

💖 Meet Vickie “Mamasan” Doughty, age 74 — the beautiful soul who helps keep our office running with grace, a smile, and southern charm.

A single mother who worked 2–3 jobs at a time, Mamasan made sure her daughter had every opportunity to dream big — from dance and gymnastics to private school and voice lessons.

She is:

✨ Former Cosmetologist and beauty salon owner
✨ Assisted living beautician
✨ Steakhouse waitress and bartender manager
✨ Proud grandmother to Alex, Clark, Lizi & Lulu
✨ Loving great-grandmother to baby Noah and TBD
🐾 Devoted dog mom to crazy hyper Trump 🐶

After moving to Florida in 2020 to be closer to family, she brought her servant’s heart to Seaside Wellness™, where she:

😊 Greets our patients with warmth
📋 Helps wherever she is needed
😄 She keeps us laughing
🤭 She has zero filter
💙 All heart
🙏 And she quietly prays for the patients who walk through our doors

✨ Meet Kaci ✨

Kaci Ward is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner 🧠🩺. She offers faith-based, compassionate psychiatric care, partnering with patients as they seek healing, clarity, and emotional wellness — mind, body, and spirit 🤍✨

Kaci is passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where patients feel truly heard, respected, and empowered. Her approach blends evidence-based psychiatric treatment with faith, empathy, and a deep belief in whole-person healing.

Outside of the clinic, Kaci is a devoted wife and mom. She’s married to a Family Nurse Practitioner 💙 and is the proud mom of two girls 👧👧. Most days, you’ll find her cheering from the sidelines at soccer games ⚽, soaking up time at the beach 🏖️, enjoying family cruises 🚢, or getting creative with arts and crafts alongside her kids 🎨✂️.

When she gets a quiet moment, Kaci loves diving into a good book that keeps her guessing and sparks her imagination 📚✨.

• Soccer sidelines are her second office — some of her best thinking happens during halftime ⚽🤍
• Certified Cherry Coke Zero girly 🥤✨ — it’s her little daily joy and non-negotiable treat

• She bonds with her kids over Lego builds that get way more competitive than intended 🧱

Colleen is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner 🩺, my trusted partner, who works side by side with me to lead, care, and who is the heart behind Seaside Wellness 🌊. She’s passionate about helping patients feel heard 🤍, cared for, and empowered to live healthier lives — mind, body, and spirit ✨

Outside of the clinic, Colleen enjoys life with her family — she’s married to an Air Force Reserve pilot ✈️, is a proud mom of two boys 👦👦, and spends plenty of time laughing at the antics of their goofy German Shepherd 🐾. When she finds a quiet moment, she loves staying active 💪 or unwinding with a little creativity 🧶📚

• Loves starting her day with prayer 🙏 and a good cup of coffee ☕
• Big believer in movement — strength training and outdoor walks 🌅 are her reset

🌊 Welcome Kaci Ward, APRN, PMHNP! 🌊

We’re excited to welcome Kaci Ward, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a rich background in whole-person, compassionate care.

Kaci began her nursing career in Hawaii, supporting patients while navigating life as a military spouse. Her journey continued in Maryland, where she served as a hospice nurse and walked alongside families processing grief and trauma. For the past six years in Pensacola, she has focused on the deep connection between physical and mental health.

Her experience in the cardiovascular ICU during COVID-19 revealed the tremendous need for mental health support, inspiring her to become a PMHNP. Today, Kaci is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where patients feel heard, understood, and cared for — mind and body.

Kaci is now accepting patients and takes:
