Stinging nettles is a flowering plant that can offer several benefits to one's health. It is known to help with blood sugar, blood pressure, inflammation, musculoskeletal pain, allergies, heart health, urinary tract health, respiratory conditions, prostate health, and has antioxidant properties to help protect the body from damage. There are times where I will take a 1/4 cup of stinging nettles leaves, a quart mason jar with boiling water, and steep over night in the jar, drain in the morning and place tea in the refrigerator. When I do not have time I use Mary Ruth's stinging nettles extract and I place 1 drop in my morning earl grey tea with a splash of lemon and local honey! 🍯 absolutely amazing health benefits. It's also great in that mid morning or afternoon green tea 🍵! Enjoy!
