Mindful Morning Reflections 🧘♀️📖Reading “It’s Not You” by Dr. Ramani, and whew… it hits deep.
As a clinician, yogi, and a human, I know this truth intimately:
“Doing the work” is the hardest part of any type of recovery.
Not because we don’t want to heal—but because true healing requires us to stay present through the discomfort.
The yogis call this svadhyaya—self-study.It’s the practice of sitting with what is, beyond illusion, defense, or denial.
It’s here, in this stillness, that evolution begins.
🌀 When the information is hard to take in... sit with it.🌀 When the emotions rise... sit with it.🌀 When clarity comes but action feels far away... sit with it.
Patience is the sacred thread that helps us weave the loom of our lives with confidence and conviction.
This is the work. This is the way.
