Rest, restore and relax your body and mind with Kasey Monday at 5:30PM for a blissful Floating Sound Bath Meditation.

Step into a sanctuary of stillness and healing. Join us for a deeply restorative Sound Bath Meditation where you can float in a silk hammock or ground yourself on the mat with supportive props — the choice is yours. Simply text us after booking if you prefer to be grounded on a mat so we can prepare your sacred space in advance.

Perfect for All Bodies & Experience Levels

This experience is designed for every body and is especially beneficial for those navigating stress, insomnia, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, or emotional fatigue.

During this session, you will remain in savasana as the healing vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls gently wash over you. Each bowl is tuned to the seven energy centers of the body, creating a powerful alignment of body, mind, and spirit.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Doors will be locked promptly at the start to protect the sacredness of the space.

Join our Navarre Beach Yoga community beside the Navarre Beach Pier for a soul-soothing evening under tonight’s luminous full moon. The moon’s radiant glow amplifies release, reflection, and renewal—perfect energy for gentle movement, breath, and stillness by the sea.

Join Bonnie & Kasey with Navarre Beach Yoga Studio for a soul-soothing evening Sunday, Sept 7th at 6:45PM, right beside the Navarre Beach Pier. 🧘‍♀️🌊

Breathe. Stretch. Connect. Move with intention on the healing quartz crystal sand as the Full Moon rises over the Gulf and the sea serenades your soul. 🌝💫

🔔 This magical practice begins and ends with the sacred sounds of crystal singing bowls, helping you unplug, restore, and realign from the inside out.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 All are welcome – locals, travelers, families, moon lovers.
🧍‍♀️ Only adults need to register. Kiddos under 18 can join with a guardian—no registration needed for them.
