Join us for a peaceful evening of gentle yoga, healing quartz crystal sand, the rhythmic sound of the sea, and the stunning Full Moon rising over the Gulf. 🌊🌝
💫 This magical class begins and ends with the sacred sound of crystal singing bowls—perfect for restoring your body, balancing your energy, and reconnecting with yourself.

Join us tomorrow - Monday at 5:30pm for a deeply healing Sound Bath Meditation at Navarre Beach Yoga Studio. Whether you choose to float in a silk hammock or stay grounded on your mat with props — this class invites you to simply rest, restore, and heal. No experience needed, and all props are provided.

🧘‍♀️ Want to stay grounded? Be sure to sign up online and text us your preference so we can prepare your sacred space.

This class is especially supportive for:
🌙 Anyone experiencing insomnia, depression, anxiety, pain, or high stress
🌙 All body types – every soul is welcome here
🌙 Anyone in need of rest, relaxation, and energetic reset

🔔 Please arrive 10 minutes early. Doors will be locked at start time to honor the sacred silence of the space.
