We are using Nutritionist and Certified Weight Loss Expert JJ Smith's #1 New York Times Bestseller, "10-day Green Smoothie Cleanse," and "Lose Weight Without Dieting or Working Out," as our foundation. Here's Days 4, 5 & 6....
Make sure you tell everyone what you think about the recipes! Many people have it in their mind that they might taste bad. To me they taste like wonderful daiquiris that seem to just melt my fat away each night while I am sleeping! lol That's MY story and I'm stickin' to it! :-)

Who wants to join me on my quest to release some unwanted pounds, get more healthy and fit? I created this page several years ago, in 2015 to hold me accountable to my weightloss goal. Using these simple, delicious recipes, I was able to lose about a half pound per day and felt wonderful.

Since covid, I developed some bad eating habits, not getting enough exercise, and clothes don't fit. Sound familiar? I've never been this overweight and am determined to get it off.

I'd love for you to join me! I have all the tips I learned from before and recipes on this page.

Nothing like a picture on fbk and a new digital scale to make you realize just how bad I've let my "laptop lifestyle" and "season of life" affect my health! So today, I start on a 90-day journey to release 45 pounds and commit to taking better care of myself with better food choices and exercise so I will be able to celebrate a century birthday with my family, Lord willing! 🙂
This will serve as my green smoothie start date accountability post. Last time I made this commitment, I released a half pound a day. Just shameful I let myself get so out of whack, but hey...today's a brand new day, so stay tuned as I document my journey! 🙂

I posted my previous journey, along with tips and recipes on the 3 Daiquiris a Day page. I hope this will inspire others of you to join me on your own journey towards a more healthy lifestyle in 2023!
