Gulf Coast Kiln Walk Society Gulf Coast Kiln Walk Society, Inc. "Dedicated to the Education and Promotion of Wood Firing Kilns"
(11)

We are building a facility on the Gulf Coast of Florida where various methods of firing pottery may be explored. The major kiln constructed at "Kiln Walk" is a specifically designed large, historically-inspired climbing wood fired kiln called an Anagama. We also rebuilt a historical southern groundhog kiln using some of the bricks from the original kiln at Ralph Howard Phillips Pottery in Jay, Florida. Other firing methods will include Raku, Soda, Salt, Pit and Sawdust. Non-Discrimination Policy

The Gulf Coast Kiln Walk Society does not discriminate on the basis of age, disability, ethnicity, gender, race or religion.
