Sometimes you get one that just hits home🤔

Don't know how many times I beat myself up for giving up or just letting life take over and falling off track. I think of where I could be now, how much better of a person, more health, more stability, doing more for others, more time with family, ready for retirement... We can sometimes feel like it's too late and give up or just settle...

In reality, it truly is never too late...never a better time than today, here and now, to get started... again! 😀 Whatever it is you need, desire, dream of...it IS possible with consistent action. Not just thinking about it...but actually doing the work required.

I know that's the hardest part, getting off the ground (couch), but it's what has to happen. Just one action every day that moves you forward. 1% everyday and it multiplies🤩

I see so many stories of success and renewed health of people who were in their 50s, 60s, and even 70s!!! They just got going and did the work, everyday! Setting small goals and continuing to build! 🎉

Getting excited today as we get close to heading to Texas to see our family and all my grandbabies!!!😃😃

Its always a struggle for me to get shopping and wrapping done...even online LOL! My schedule can be crazy and very exhausting bc I typically just stay awake when I get off my 24 hour call shift and end up awake for 40+ hours😴😴

So... I'm pushing through today between 2 call shifts yesterday and tomorrow, but I can make it through anything when I know I'm leaving for a vacation!!

Hope everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving Day and continuing through this weekend! 🦃🦃
