Next CPR class will be March 29th. 9am to 1pm. It will be at St Augustines Episcopal Church, Navarre, FL. Henderson Hall. This is a Blended class. Part computer and part skills class. Computer part will have to be completed before skills class. PM me. Cost is $80.

This happens more than you think.

Saw this yesterday and it made me sad to think that is actually ‘a term’! I’ve been there, and it’s SO wrong. No one deserves to be quietly pushed out through passive-aggression, micromanaging or manipulation. This kind of treatment erodes confidence and pushes good people away. Everyone deserves a supportive work environment where they feel valued and respected.

I genuinely hope that you are all in schools that value you, where you are thriving and where leaders support and inspire. 🩷
