Someone’s getting stocked up on Mama Goose Naturals products! This was a bulk order of Super Goose Balms - Immunity Blend and Pain & Inflammation Blend in addition to the three bottles of Nooks & Crannies Liquid Castile 3 in 1 Soap for hands, body, and hair.
Funny side story – I recently got set up to create and print the postage labels and schedule a pick up via the USPS website, which gives me much more flexibility in shipping. I got my package ready yesterday and set it by my front door this morning to help me remember to put it out for the postman. As I was putting it out, I thought to myself that I should take a quick pic to post on social media, so I came back in and put it on my deep freezer and snapped the pic.
Then I looked over and saw my cat hungrily watching me through the window, so I went ahead and fed her since she has 3 new babies a little over a week old, and she lives to eat right now. While feeding her I decided to go ahead and go feed the chickens and water my plants. I came inside and made my coffee and breakfast and took it out to my table on my back patio along with my computer. I had my coffee and breakfast, enjoyed some time with the Lord, and started on a ministry typing project.
When I took my dishes inside, I heard a knock on my door. It was the postman looking for the package because I had said it would be out on the wheel chair ramp rail by my front door. I was shocked. I knew I had put it out on the rail. I remembered opening the door and setting it out. We were both looking for it – under the ramp, in the bushes, everywhere in that little area. I came inside twice and looked in the living room and on the dining table but to no avail. I could not figure out where that package went. He was so kind and apologetic that it had gone missing and as he was getting ready to leave told me to just schedule another pick up if I found it.
I came back in so puzzled, and then one more thought crossed my mind – “Look on the deep freezer” – because I often set things on it for a few minutes in passing. I quickly dashed over, and there it was!! I grabbed it and got it out to the postman before he backed out of my driveway. I was still puzzled because I didn’t remember putting it there.
The whole day passed by, and when I sat down to do some posts this evening I suddenly remembered that I had brought the package back in to take the pic for the post, but I had gotten distracted after snapping the pic and forgot to take it back out and put it on the rail. That sweet postman was out there trying to help me find it, and all the time it was sitting on my deep freezer!! Oh, gosh!! 🤦🏻♀️🤣
Well, all’s well that ends well. All the animals got fed, the plants got watered, the ministry project got completed, and this special order is on the way! Thank you, Lord, for helping us in our “human” moments!! LOL 🙏🏼💜
