Anne has been a valued member of the Morningstar Living team for over four years, serving as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant. Her dedication to patient-centered care, family support, and education reflects her commitment to making a difference and contributing to the success of our community.

Originally from Stroudsburg, PA, Anne graduated from Stroudsburg High School and earned her Associate of Science degree from Penn State Berks. Her career aspirations include gaining expertise in specialized areas of care and continuing to enhance the lives of residents and their families.

What truly sets Anne apart is her compassion and positivity. Residents and families often describe her as a “ray of sunshine,” and her attention to detail ensures individualized care for every person she serves.

Outside of work, Anne enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband Jack, daughter Adeline, and their beagle Nellie. She loves gardening, boating, and music—having played piano for 22 years and violin for 20 years, performing in competitions, orchestras, and special events.

At Morningstar Living's recent Lights of Hope event, guests were invited on a special Walking Tour that brought the story of the Nativity to life. Guided by an Angel, each group journeyed to visit Mary and Joseph, the Shepherds, the Magi, and the Innkeeper—culminating in a moving visit to the manger, complete with animals. A beautiful evening filled with faith, reflection, and hope. The Lights of Hope Appeal is raising funds for the Good Samaritan Fund at Morningstar Living - https://www.morningstarliving.org/community/foundation/ A huge THANK YOU to all the volunteers who made this event very special for residents and visitors.

✨ We recently came together to celebrate the season at our Holiday Party! ✨

It was a wonderful opportunity to pause, connect, and show our appreciation for the incredible team members who make Morningstar Living such a special place every day. From laughter and great conversation to festive fun and holiday cheer, the day was a reflection of what makes our community so strong — a team that truly supports one another and leads with heart.

A heartfelt thank you to our residents for their gracious holiday gift to our team members, made possible through the Employee Appreciation Fund. Their generosity reflects the spirit of appreciation and connection that defines our Morningstar Living community.

Dressed in their most festive gear, they popped into departments handing out hot cocoa, apple cider, and Christmas cookies — instantly turning an ordinary day into something merry and bright. 🎄☕🍪

As part of our Awards Day celebration in May, we are proud to recognize Danielle Kicska, a valued member of the Morningstar Living team since January 2014.

Danielle brings together two incredible qualities: technical expertise and an unwavering, people-first mindset. She’s not just someone who gets the job done — she’s someone who makes the experience meaningful for everyone around her.

Her colleagues and residents alike describe her as approachable, positive, and genuinely helpful. Danielle is the person people turn to when they need support, a smile, or a solution — and she always shows up with all three.

When asked what she enjoys most about her work, she said:
“The people I get to work with—our team makes it fun to come to work every day! I also love working with our residents, hearing their stories, and being their hero when I help them with their devices.”

Please join us in congratulating Connor Robicheau, our December Team Member of the Month!

Connor has been a valued part of the Morningstar Living team for a little over a year. He first joined our community in a Maintenance role and, through his hard work and dedication, has since been promoted to Maintenance II. From day one, Connor came to Morningstar looking for opportunities to grow — and he has done exactly that.

What truly sets Connor apart is his friendly, positive attitude. Whether he’s assisting a resident, supporting a coworker, or simply walking through the halls, he always offers a warm hello and a genuine smile. His willingness to step in wherever needed and his kind nature make a meaningful difference in our community every single day.

Originally from New Brunswick, NJ, and now residing in Nazareth, Connor is a graduate of Pen Argyl High School. He is the youngest of six siblings and a proud uncle to six nieces and nephews. Outside of work, he enjoys ballroom dancing with his girlfriend and playing the drums in a band. His career aspirations include continuing to learn, grow, and create smiles here at Morningstar Living.
