Thinking of new online package deals...

Would anyone be interested in 4-5 "target" exercises to help correct common positional faults or causes of pain when riding?

For example, if your trainer always corrects your rounded shoulders, or if you feel that your hips are too tight to ride comfortably.

The idea is that you would purchase these exercises off a website and work on them independently, with options for support when/if needed. The exercises would be designed to take less than 10 min a day and correct a specific problem that your body is having when you ride.

What do you think? What you pay for this program?

November 7 at Heart's Journey Stables, Wind Gap PA

Evaluation of the Equestrian Athlete: Combination Mounted & Ground Evaluation
Presented by Christina Coxe, MS, LAT,ATC,ITAT,CES & Christine Deaner, MSPT

This clinic will offer a mounted evaluation of the symmetry between the horse and rider, followed by a ground evaluation of the rider to assess and correct specific musculoskeletal or postural imbalances.

The rider will leave the clinic with a home exercise program that includes techniques for improving physical imbalances and weaknesses.

This clinic is limited to 6 riders (each receiving a 45 minute mounted session and a 45 minute ground evaluation) and will be filled on a first come first serve basis. Once the clinic is filled you will be placed on a wait list or have the option to attend as an auditor.

Clinic Fee: $160
Auditors are welcome for a $10 fee.

Evaluation of the Equestrian Athlete:
2- Part Combination Mounted & Ground Evaluation

An athlete’s imbalances, strengths, and weaknesses will certainly affect their teammates. This clinic will offer mounted evaluation of the symmetry between the rider (athlete) and the horse
(teammate), followed by a ground evaluation of the rider to determine specific musculoskeletal or postural imbalances.
The rider will leave the clinic with a home exercise program that includes techniques for improving physical imbalances and weaknesses.
It is recommended that the rider take advantage of our discounted follow-up evaluation in 5 weeks, which will allow time to focus on
correctives that can facilitate progress assessed prior to the start of show season.
