Nazareth Chiropractic Affordable Family Chiropractic Care Dr. Wack is a 1986 graduate of Sherman College of Chiropractic.

He has held a license to practice chiropractic in Pennsylvania since that time. He began adjusting clients in Mount Pleasant, Pa and in 1991 opened his own office in Harrison City, Pa. In January of 1997, Dr. Wack opened the doors of Nazareth Chiropractic and has remained at that location for over 20 years. Nazareth Chiropractic provides specific spinal adjustments for all ages with analysis supported by advanced digital x-ray. Nazareth Chiropractic also offers massage therapy provided by Melissa Rogers, LMT.
