Here’s a healthy recipe for your Tuesday 🍽️
🍤 Cajun Shrimp & Rice Skillet
🛒 Ingredients:
• 1 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
• 1 cup brown rice (or jasmine rice)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 bell pepper (sliced)
• 1/2 onion (sliced)
• 2 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1–2 tsp Cajun seasoning
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• Salt & pepper

👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Cook rice according to package directions.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté peppers and onions until soft.
3. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
4. Toss in shrimp, season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
5. Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
6. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
7. Serve over rice and enjoy!
