Here’s a healthy recipe for your Tuesday 🍽️

🍤 Cajun Shrimp & Rice Skillet

🛒 Ingredients:
• 1 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
• 1 cup brown rice (or jasmine rice)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 bell pepper (sliced)
• 1/2 onion (sliced)
• 2 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1–2 tsp Cajun seasoning
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• Salt & pepper



👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1. Cook rice according to package directions.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté peppers and onions until soft.
3. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
4. Toss in shrimp, season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
5. Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
6. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
7. Serve over rice and enjoy!

Meet our Lacy 💕

At my highest weight, I was always smiling on the outside, but inside I was struggling. I felt insecure in my own body, carrying demons and insecurities that no one could see. Even in moments of happiness, I didn’t fully recognize myself.

When my wife and I decided we wanted to grow our family and begin our IVF journey, I knew something had to change. Not just for the process—but for me. I finally took my health into my own hands and decided it was time. Time to choose myself. Time to fight for the future I wanted.

I lost 100 pounds and for the first time in years, I felt on top of the world. Strong. Confident. Alive.

Then came IVF… and the greatest blessing of all—our little girl. With pregnancy, my body changed again, and I gained back 60 of those 100 pounds. And you know what? That body gave me her. It carried life, love, and miracles.

Now I’m only 30 pounds away from my pre-IVF weight, and this time I’m not stopping there. This journey isn’t about a number on the scale—it’s about healing, strength, and becoming the healthiest version of myself for my family and for me.

Progress isn’t linear. Growth isn’t easy. But I’m proving to myself every day that I’m capable of more than I ever imagined. 💪✨

Her care, compassion, and dedication go far beyond what you see on the surface. Amy pours her whole heart into this place and into every person who walks through our doors.

She doesn’t just talk about weight loss — she understands it firsthand. She’s lived the journey, faced the challenges, celebrated the victories, and learned what it really takes to create lasting change. Because of that, she connects with our patients on a deeper level. Good morning☕️ Food is fuel, and we’re here to help you choose meals that make you feel your best. We believe good health is built with nourishing, protein-rich meals!

So how about this Sheet-Pan High-Protein Breakfast Prep 🍳?!

Ingredients (4–5 servings)
• 8–10 large eggs or 2½–3 cups liquid egg whites
• 12–16 oz chicken sausage, sliced
• 1–2 bell peppers, chopped
• ½–1 onion, sliced
• 1 zucchini, chopped
• 1–2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
• Salt, pepper, garlic powder (optional paprika or Italian seasoning)



Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C)
Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
2. Roast the veggies + sausage first
• Spread peppers, onion, zucchini, and chicken sausage evenly on the pan
• Drizzle with oil, season well
• Bake 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway
3. Add eggs
• Pull the pan out
• Either:
• Crack eggs directly over the pan, or
• Pour egg whites evenly over everything
• Lightly season again
4. Bake again
Return to oven for 10–15 minutes, until eggs are fully set.
5. Cool & portion
Let cool slightly, cut into portions, and store in airtight containers.

🍋🥗 Lemon Garlic Chicken Bowl (High Protein)

Calories: ~400–450 per serving
Protein: ~35–40g
Why it works: Lean protein + fiber + healthy fats = keeping you full longer.

Ingredients
• 5–6 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1 tsp garlic (minced)
• Juice of ½ lemon
• Salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning
• 1 cup roasted or steamed veggies (broccoli, zucchini, bell peppers)
• ½ cup cooked quinoa or cauliflower rice (lower carb option)
• Optional: sprinkle of feta or drizzle of Greek yogurt sauce

Instructions
1. Season chicken with garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and spices.
2. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat 5–7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
3. Roast or steam veggies with a little salt and pepper.
4. Assemble bowl: base of quinoa or cauliflower rice, sliced chicken on top, veggies on the side.
5. Finish with feta or a light yogurt sauce if desired.
