So how about this Sheet-Pan High-Protein Breakfast Prep 🍳?!
Ingredients (4–5 servings)
• 8–10 large eggs or 2½–3 cups liquid egg whites
• 12–16 oz chicken sausage, sliced
• 1–2 bell peppers, chopped
• ½–1 onion, sliced
• 1 zucchini, chopped
• 1–2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
• Salt, pepper, garlic powder (optional paprika or Italian seasoning)

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C)
Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
2. Roast the veggies + sausage first
• Spread peppers, onion, zucchini, and chicken sausage evenly on the pan
• Drizzle with oil, season well
• Bake 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway
3. Add eggs
• Pull the pan out
• Either:
• Crack eggs directly over the pan, or
• Pour egg whites evenly over everything
• Lightly season again
4. Bake again
Return to oven for 10–15 minutes, until eggs are fully set.
5. Cool & portion
Let cool slightly, cut into portions, and store in airtight containers.
