Job Opening for Custodian:

(THIS JOB IS SET TO START ON 6/2/25)

• Cleaning opportunity at facility located on Hwy 365 in Port Arthur (near Twin City Hwy)

• Hours are Monday thru Friday, after 5:00pm (will take around 4 hours each evening)

• Pay is a flat rate of $1,300 per month. You get paid on the 1st & 15th of each month.

• Must have clean background

• Prefer someone who can speak some English

• Previous commercial cleaning experience

• Reliable transportation

• Dependable to be at work each day

• Must be able to follow scope of work & provide quality cleaning

The job includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, window cleaning, dusting, polishing, wiping down surfaces, disinfecting restrooms and keeping track of supplies needed when running low. • Hours are Monday thru Thursday, 9:00am to 3:00pm
• Pay is $1,200 per month from September thru May then $1,100 per month from June to August (no school during the summer months). The job pays a flat rate, not by the hour, but you must be there during the hours set forth.

• Must be able to communicate in English due to interaction with church staff

Southeast Texas Building Services, Inc. is hiring two custodians with TWIC cards.

The job is at an industrial facility in Nederland, Texas. The pay is $16 to $17 per hour, DOE. The work days are Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 1:00pm. The job starts on 4/1/25.

Previous commercial cleaning experience or industrial environment experience is a plus. Must have dependable transportation to get around within the facility. Must have TWIC card.
