Due to the inclement weather forecasted for our area, First Response Urgent Care will be CLOSED on Tuesday, January 21st and Wednesday, January 22nd. The safety of our staff and patients remains our top priority. We will provide updates should there be any changes to this schedule.

FRUC is open year-round, closing only on four major holidays. Our hometown Turkey Trot has become a cherished tradition, bringing our doctors and work family together with the community in a celebration of health and movement.

The FRUC Health & Athletics Team proudly represents Southeast Texas, positive role models in our communities of Jefferson, Orange, and Hardin Counties. Dr. Nguyen, in particular, is dedicated to serving his patients and the community for the long term, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a healthy heart by balancing work and life.

November 28, 2024 - What a wonderful Thanksgiving morning with our Hometown Doctors and the FRUC Health & Athletics Team!! Our local SRS Turkey Trot made history with a record 2,465 registrations—50% of whom were first-time trotters! An incredible way to unite as a community!

We are thankful for another year of serving the SETX community and giving back through our continued partnership with Sea Rim Striders to sponsor and promote healthy habits.
