We are almost halfway there!

Cheers y'all! It's Day 1 of our 7 Day Core Restore Detox. If I'm being honest, switching out my morning coffee for my Core Support Drink was not the highlight of my morning. However, I've already received some feedback that has made me laugh so I'm sharing it with y'all incase any of you doing this with us had the same thoughts.

"I need caffeine!!" - Although you think you do, you don't. Those two capsules you took for breakfast this morning are already recharging cellular energy production and boosting those mitochondrial reserves to help bring back your energy.

"Those capsules smell like fart" - 🤣 while they do not smell like roses, those capsules are delivering high dose B vitamins to aid in detoxification as well as potent antioxidants to protect our cells from toxins and free radical damage.

"It kind of reminds me of the milk at the end of cereal" - While I was skeptical about not adding fruit in it for these first two days, I was worried about the taste but it's actually pretty good when mixed with unsweetened vanilla almond milk.

If you haven't started yet that's ok. If you're on the fence about doing it that's okay too. If you've started with us then yay let's do this together!! Be sure to follow us this week as it's sure to get a little interesting around the Beautique as we detox!!
