I hope everybody is doing OK out there! During these uncertain times we need to take care of each other, but we also need to take care of ourselves. I’d like to share this well written post by my friend and business partner, Adam Vogel.

We know these are stressful times.
If you’re like me, exercise keeps you sane, happy, and balanced, so you can be a better spouse, parent, and friend.
It’s an anchoring habit that helps me make good choices—like eating healthy foods and getting plenty of sleep—and avoid bad ones—like binge-watching Netflix all day or having chocolate-chip pancakes for dinner.
Human behavior is largely driven by our environment and routines. These background forces help explain why we eat poorly or drink too much on the weekend—because that’s just “what you do” when you're out of your routine.
Now, we've suddenly been thrust into an unwanted, open-ended weekend, with none of the excitement and a bunch of reasons to be anxious and depressed.
Cut-off from the people, places, and habits that keep us on track, hold us accountable, and help us to flourish, we're vulnerable to our "off-routine" vices.
But that doesn’t mean we have to surrender.
World-class athletes win even when they’re injured, losing, or when people have counted them out—like Kerry Strug in the 96’ Olympics.
Great warriors and military leaders go into battle despite being out-numbered and outmatched and still manage to win the day—like the Allied forces on D-Day.
Iconic businesses are created even in the midst of recessions, depressions, and ruthless competition—like General Electric, IBM, and Disney.
Life is about adapting and evolving.
Our goal in the coming weeks and months is to make sure you have everything you need to thrive, even in the face of all this chaos.
To do this, we took a large percentage of our training to virtual platforms this week.
I wasn’t sure if it would be a great solution, but I have to tell you the results have been, well, surprising.
People are rallying.
They’re digging-out their home exercise equipment from under piles of laundry or the back of the closet. They’re cobbling together mismatched dumbbells and bands, and moving furniture to create open spaces where they can.
And they’re getting after it.
They’re becoming the type of people who don’t let present circumstances dictate their future. The type of people who control what they can—no more, no less.
It’s been inspiring to be a part of it.
We want you to be part of the movement.
Are you feeling unsure about what to do next? We can help.
Are you frustrated because you're backsliding into bad habits and not sure how to get back into a routine? We’re here for you.
Are you afraid you don’t have enough equipment or space, or that you won’t be able to do enough to make it “worth it”? We’ll design a custom plan to fit your specific circumstances, even if all you have is your own bodyweight.
Don’t let your wellness get lost in these challenging times.
Mostly, we’ve been training through FaceTime, Skype, and Zoom. But we’ve also been designing home programs for people to do on their own for 2-week or 4-week increments with check-ins.
