We’re watching years of progress for working mothers slip away — despite the fact that mothers drove the post-pandemic economic rebound.
It’s not because women stopped wanting to work. It’s because workplaces stopped making it possible.
Rigid return-to-office mandates. Cutbacks on flexibility. Shrinking support systems.
The cost? Companies lose exceptional talent. Families lose income and stability. And our economy loses the very momentum women helped rebuild.
If we want to keep women in the workforce, we must build workplaces that work for them — not against them.
