PhyziX is taking new applications until March 13th. 2026 for our full-time PT position in Needham, Massachusetts.

If you’re tired of rushed visits, insurance-driven care, and cookie-cutter treatment plans, this role was built for you.

This is a cash-based, relationship-driven physical therapy practice focused on orthopedic cases and motivated active patients who want to be here. Many of our patients have “failed PT” elsewhere—until they receive the time, precision, and clinical reasoning they’ve been missing.

Our philosophy is simple: we take care of our clinicians first. When PTs are supported, challenged, and compensated fairly, patients get better outcomes and everyone wins.

If you love solving problems, building real relationships, and practicing PT the way it was meant to be practiced, you’ll fit in here.

⭐️What Makes This Role Different

✅ 1:1 patient care with motivated, active individuals
✅ Cash-based model — no insurance constraints, no productivity pressure tied to unreasonable volume
✅ Structured mentorship in biomechanics, manual therapy, and functional anatomy
✅ Learning environment comparable to residency-level growth without the residency pay cut
✅ Ability to develop and market your own niche (runners, lifters, golfers, tennis players, etc.)
✅ Freedom to grow into leadership, specialization, or expanded clinical roles as the practice grows

This is a place where PTs sharpen their skills, build confidence, and become clinicians patients can’t stop recommending.

💥Compensation and Benefits

✅ Base salary plus productivity pay incentives
✅ Six-figure earning potential is very achievable with just 26 patient-facing hours per week
✅ Total compensation potential: up to $135,000+ annually
✅ Comparable earning potential to travel PT—without burnout or relocation
✅ Health insurance
✅ Flexible schedule
✅ Paid time off
✅ Continuing education support

Your nervous system is always trying to make predictions about the world in order to move your body efficiently.

The nervous system is responsible for coordinating all the pieces like strength, mobility, and timing of when to contract what in the background.

You can have great strength and mobility and still not move well if your nervous system isn’t trained.

What mentorship inside a cash based PT practice actually looks like…

“Like drinking water from a fire hose.”

That is how our PTs described it.

In PT school, you learn enough to be safe.
But not enough to be effective.

At PhyziX PT, we work with active adults with chronic injuries.
Cases that have been around for months, years, sometimes decades.
Most have already tried traditional PT.

Their MRIs look normal.

To solve these cases, you must understand how the entire system is connected.

That is what our mentorship is built to teach.

We build a framework for clinical decision making.

There are structured modules for every major body region.
You learn biomechanics and functional anatomy in a practical way.
You learn when and why to apply specific manual techniques to create the biggest window for movement change.

Then you learn how to curate exercise programs that allow clients to build fitness while respecting their injuries.

Yes, it feels like going back to school.
Yes, the information is dense.
Yes, the standards are high.

But that is the environment where great clinicians are built.

That is how you walk into any clinical situation confident that you can help.

Most PTs repeat the same year of experience for decades and never truly elevate their skillset.

At PhyziX, we want your years of experience to actually mean something.

When I was a new grad PT, I thought chronic pain cases were a lost cause. Now, I run a practice where that’s our primary focus.

Here’s what changed.

A few years after I graduated, my mom developed chronic back pain. I felt dread. I had treated hundreds of these cases and rarely saw real results.

I tried everything I was taught. Core work. Glutes. Stretching. McKenzie. None of it worked.

Then I took a deep dive into biomechanics, functional anatomy, and the nervous system. That changed everything.

Here’s what I learned:

You can’t train the core without training breathing. Breathing changes ribcage shape, pelvic position, and puts the body into a state where it can actually reprogram.

Your feet matter more than you think. If your foundation is unstable, everything reverts the moment you stand up and walk.

The body is an expert cheater. It will always find a workaround for weakness, and that compensation shows up somewhere else.

I applied this to my mom. Within months, she went from barely walking 10 minutes to hitting 20k steps a day.

I shared this work online. It turned into a remote practice helping people around the world.

Then I realized something.

There are thousands of PTs who feel the same frustration I once did and want to practice differently.

So in late 2022, I opened PhyziX in Needham, MA.
This year alone, we completed 2500+ appointments, helped 250+ humans, and crossed 100+ Google reviews

We’re building the gold standard PT practice for active adults with chronic injuries.

And we’re looking for one more PT to join us before our next phase of growth.

If you’re curious, DM me “INFO” and I’ll share the details before you apply.

Grateful doesn’t even begin to describe it. 🙏

People walked into our doors in pain, unsure, frustrated… and chose to trust us with their body and their life.

Because of you, we just crossed 100 Google reviews. Now, we are the only PT practice within 10 miles to do it.

But the real milestone isn’t the number… it’s the courage, progress, and hope behind each story.

Thank you for letting us be part of your journey.
Thank you for believing in healing again.

Happy Thanksgiving from our hearts to yours 🧡🦃
