✨ Inner Odyssey: A Journey Through Yoga & Breath

I’m so excited to offer this special Sunday afternoon workshop at Common Ground Yoga in Framingham on December 7 from 1–3 PM.

We’ll begin with 30–40 minutes of grounding, alignment-based Vinyasa to help you settle into your body, quiet the noise, and prepare your nervous system for deeper inner work.

From there, we’ll move into a powerful psychedelic-style breathwork journey guided by Karestan Koenen, PhD—designed to help you access intuition, clarity, emotional release, and an expanded sense of inner spaciousness.

This is a beautiful opportunity to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself before the fullness of the holiday season.
