It's the end of an era for me and for Newton Whole Health. We are now closed. Thank you to everyone who has made it such a good place to be for the last 21 years. I know that this is a tough time for us all. The best thing that has happened to me in all this was finding out about this course that is currently free and deciding to take it. If you have time right now (about an hour or two per week) I highly recommend it. A professor at Yale was getting disturbed by the overall decline in happiness in herself and those around her and decided to create this course to look into the science of happiness for Yale students. It became one of the most popular courses in Yale history. She then decided to take it to a larger audience. And at this moment the course is free. It has really helped me in this time where it is so easy to get caught up in negativity and stress.

YOGA Summer Session begins Tuesday, June 26!
