Alliance for Children believes that all children have a right to a permanent, loving family of their own, and that adoption may fulfill this need when their birth families are unable to raise them. We provide compassionate and ethical adoption-related services to children and families in local communities, throughout the country, and all over the world. As a non-profit, non-government funded organization, we rely on the generosity of our donors to help us help children and their birth and adoptive families.
By supporting our mission, you will be giving children and families a brighter future.

Are you interested in adopting a toddler? Call us today to learn more about Bella: 781-444-7148

Bella is a smiley, energetic 3-year-old girl from Eastern Europe. She lives in a small village does not go to kindergarten and does not interact often with other children. She likes to cuddle and play with live animals! Her favorite toys are domestic animals. She hugs chickens and ducks like dolls and swings them on a swing. The cat is like her stuffed toy, she chases goats around the yard and pulls the dog's tail.

Bella was abandoned a few months after birth and was placed in a foster family where she still lives today. Initially, her development was normal. She walked normally, ate regular, coarse food, pronounced her name, and said a few words. When she turned a year and a half old, her foster parent noticed that she refused to eat solid food and switched to purees (but crunched crackers, pretzels, and waffles), stopped saying words, and stopped turning when called by name. After consulting with specialists, autistic behavior was discovered.

Bella is physically very well developed for her age, but she has some mental and speech delays. She loves to be hugged and kissed. She is very flexible and can do splits!

This adorable little girl needs a loving family to help her to explore the colorful world outside her little village and to help her to develop and thrive with love!

Call or email today to discuss our International Adoption Program in Vietnam; 781-444-7148 or info@allforchildren.org
Vietnam, located in Asia, is a Hague Convention Country and adoptions are overseen by Vietnam’s central authority, The Ministry of Justice, Department of Adoption.
We are able to assist families in all 50 states with an adoption from Vietnam. The first step is filling out an application and starting your home study. If you live in a state in which we are licensed, we can complete your home study.
Alliance for Children partners with agencies throughout the US and would be happy to assist you in locating a local home study agency if you do not live in a state in which we are licensed.

Once your home study is finished, we will assist in filing for USCIS approval and completing a dossier for Vietnam. Our program coordinator will guide you through the process. When your dossier is ready, it will be sent to Vietnam for translation and registration with Vietnam’s central authority.

Alliance For Children in her waiting to assist you in your adoption just like we assisted Tom and Teresa!

“We adopted our daughter through Alliance for Children. The people at AFC helped us through every step of the process – they walked us through the home study and gave us helpful tips for creating our profile. We were very fortunate to be matched within 10 months of submitting our initial application to AFC. After the match, AFC helped us arrange two meetings with our daughter’s birthmother. At first we were a little apprehensive about open adoption, but we’ve decided to stay in touch with our daughter’s birthmother through texts, and we still meet up about once a year – it has been such a blessing for all of us to have this connection. We are so grateful for our daughter, and to AFC for all their support – we were so happy with AFC that we’ve decided to go through them again as we try for a second adoption!” – Tom and Theresa

Waiting Child Program 781-444-7148
In a traditional international adoption, children are matched with loving families as soon as they are available to be adopted. Waiting children are ready to be adopted now but there are no families to match them with.
Here is one of these children's story:
Steve is a 9-year-old boy living in a foster family in Eastern Europe. Steve is curious child who shows interest in new games and activities. He can make a new contact quickly using non-verbal means as well as individual words. In the process of communication, he executes two-level as well as more complex instructions. He speaks single words; answers “yes” and “no” or gestures when is asked to answer some questions. Physically, he walks by himself stably, runs and jumps. There is no indication of physical disorder.
Steve initiates contacts and seeks communication, but often does not know how to act, especially with children, and pushes them to get attention. He is usually acting as a calm, smiling and playful boy. He plays by himself. He seeks the company of other children and seldom participates in the gaming process. Steve receives a resource help through the end of his preschool education. Since the beginning of February 2022, he visits the Daily Center for Children with Disabilities. He eats by himself. His personal hygiene is well maintained. He controls his needs and doesn’t use diapers.
There is a need for follow-up by a pediatrician and systematic work with a speech therapist, psychologist and resource teacher. He would love to find a family who can give him the love and support he deserves!
