Dr. Amishi Jha, a leading neuroscientist studying attention, tells us that our minds wander 50% of the time. Multi-tasking makes it worse. Today, make a point of giving whatever you're doing your full concentration. If you find yourself time traveling with memories of the past or worries about the future, gently return your thoughts to the present moment with intention. We're excited to share that You Matter Counseling is expanding with the addition of a new therapist — Jasmine Frohm, LPC.

Jasmine is warm, down-to-earth, and deeply passionate about helping people feel supported and understood. She enjoys working with kids, teens, and young adults. She’ll be available for Telehealth appointments only, making her a convenient and flexible option for clients across Wisconsin. Her hours are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 12–5 PM, and she’s ready to begin seeing clients immediately.

She accepts UHC, UMR, and Network Health insurance, and also offers a sliding scale for self-pay clients to keep care accessible. More insurance plans are pending and will be available soon!
