Bletzinger Rehabilitation House Mental Health Residential Aide -- Full or part-time
A motivated person for 1st and 2nd shift several days a week and weekends.

You can be part of helping individuals in our community make important strides in their mental health journey. This position does not include providing personal care to residents.
We have immediate openings at Bletzinger for:
• *Full time Resident Service Aide (first and second shifts) five day a week. This would include both first shift (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.) and second shift (3 to 11 p.m.) hours. This would also include weekends, Saturdays and Sundays. Availability to work occasional overnight shifts (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.) also beneficial. Shift times have some flexibility, depending on personal schedules.
• *Depending on the response, this position could be a part-time position filled by two individuals.
Located in Neenah, Bletzinger Rehabilitation House is a transitional apartment program for men and women with a mental health and/or substance use disorder.
The mission is to support an individual's mental health and to assist in their efforts to progress to more independent living when ready. Bletzinger provides housing for 10-14 adults in a home-like, apartment facility.
Benefits for full-time employees include paid time off, time and a half pay on holidays, health insurance, a health savings account and a retirement account. Starting wage is $15.50 an hour.
