Thanks to the First Presbyterian Church John N. Bergstrom Grant last year, we were able to start an indoor therapeutic garden. Check out some of the items we were able to purchase. The purpose of this garden is to have a sensory area with aromatherapy, plants you can touch and taste, along with ownership and experience on how to grow and care for these plants.

Hot, nutritious meals delivered right to your door, five days a week, during the noon hour. That's what our Meals on Wheels program means to the seniors we serve in our community. We're so grateful to the Community Foundation for shining a spotlight on this vital program. Every meal is more than food, it's a friendly face and a connection that matters.

β€œWith rising demand for Meals on Wheels and increasing food and operational costs, we were deeply grateful for the additional funding received at the end of 2025 to support our program,” said Becky Reichelt, President & CEO of Valley VNA Senior Care. β€œThis funding helped us meet critical financial needs while continuing to offer an affordable, hot, nutritious noon meal along with the added benefit of meaningful social connections through our volunteer drivers.”

Our Story

We help people age with grace. For more than 100 years, Valley VNA Senior Care has been a nonprofit trusted community resource. We are dedicated to provide a continuum of care with In-Home Care, keeping you safe and independent in your home. Independent senior apartments, assisted living and memory care. We are a Diamond Accredited organization with Wisconsin Assisted Living Association providing quality care for those in our care. Our caregiving staff assists and cares for our generations that have raised kids, grandkids, great grandchildren, traveled, served in wars, and worked hard. It is now our time to give back to them allowing them to age with grace.
