We’re exploring the idea of bringing group fitness classes with a certified personal trainer right into the conference room at Gold Aspen Wellness Studio — and we want YOUR input! 💫

These would be small, intimate group classes focused on feeling strong, confident, and supported — no crowded gym vibes here. Classes would be held at least once a month (and more often if there’s interest!) on a weeknight.

Amy just got back from a week in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains in Colorado on an amazing massage retreat. She learned about the nervous system and somatic therapy, and is ready to use her new knowledge and skills.
